About the event
Mr. deValk returns to Broadway, but will the legion of screaming teenagers return with him?
Jeff is an Ottawa-based guitarist and singer. He grew up in southern Ontario listening to his dad’s records, 8-tracks, and reel-to-reel mix tapes, and sometimes even singing in the church choir. He moved to Ottawa in 2008 and has been involved in many musical projects since then. He leads the Hornettes, the city’s favourite seven-piece soul outfit. He plays slide guitar in Little Bones, Ottawa’s Tragically Hip Tribute. He also performs weekly as a solo act, with his Jeff de Valk Trio, and the five-piece Jeff de Valk Band.
