About the event
We all looked at each other after Mat performed his first few songs here two years ago. Everyone at the bar nodded. We knew instantly that this man was going to be one of our favourites.
Mathew Falvai has performed professionally around the world and recently relocated to the Gatieneau Hills, recently playing Ottawa’s Blues and Jazz Fests. He uses live looping to spontaneously create complex layers of vocals, guitar, effects, and beats. Known for his vast repertoire of classic covers with a modern twist and originals that continually push his sound forward.
